Enhance your Pilates practice with our NEW STUDIO SESSIONS!
Studio 124 and Synchronized Nutrition and Training will be launching a Functional Strength group class starting August 8th on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7pm – 8pm.
Focus will be placed on strength and cardiovascular performance.
Performance assessment’s will be used to measure progress in the class and also used to plan out class formats.
This class is for all fitness levels!
