Description:
Intimately reconnect with your Self during this delicious Yin workshop. In this two hour practice you will be bathed with relaxing candlelight to help you unwind and bring balance to your busy life. Yin yoga is intended to keep energy flowing through the body with long held passive postures, designed for the joints, bones and connective tissue. All levels are welcome.
