Functional Strength Group Classes Suitable For All Fitness Levels

The Functional strength group class is a 9 week goal orientated program designed to challenge your body through all planes of motion. A high paced class that will get you sweaty as well as test your strength and cardiovascular performance.

Performance assessment’s will be used to measure progress in the class and also used to plan out class formats.

This class is for all fitness levels!
