Mat Classes

Mat Pilates is the foundation of the Pilates method, focusing on controlled movement, proper alignment, and breath. Using your own body weight for resistance, you'll build core strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and develop better balance and body awareness.

Rooted in Joseph Pilates' original method, our mat classes emphasize precision, control, and mindful movement.

Suitable for all experience levels, this class offers a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more mobile, and connected from the inside out.

Equipment Classes

Experience the full Pilates method using specialized equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and barrels. These versatile apparatus provide both support and resistance, allowing exercises to be tailored to your individual strength, mobility, and goals.

Equipment sessions help improve core strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and body awareness while offering endless variety and progression.

Available as private or semi-private sessions, you'll receive personalized instruction in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Group Reformer

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with our Group Reformer classes. Using the Universal Reformer, you'll perform familiar Pilates exercises with spring-based resistance to build strength, improve stability, and enhance control.

A foundation in Mat Pilates is required before joining a Group Reformer class, ensuring you're comfortable with the principles and movement patterns before progressing to the equipment.
