Yoga for Hips
Hips, Everyone’s favorite!
This practice focuses on releasing the hips which will give you more movement in your lower back, possibly ease discomfort in your knees and leave you feeling energized. We will explore a variety of postures, including standing and Yin seated poses.
All levels welcome!
**Please bring your own yoga mat. Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

About Corinne McNally
E-RYT® 500, RPYT, CD(DONA)
Corinne’s friendly and joyful personality brings honesty, humour, and an open heart to her teaching. She balances and integrates her flowing classes with breath, alignment, strength, and ease. With a communications and performing arts background, Corinne incorporates a love of yoga in all aspects of her life, including her work as a Certified Birth Doula (DONA) and Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. In 2009 Corinne traveled to the birthplace of yoga; Rishikesh, India and completed her 500 hour advanced teacher training from Akanda Yoga with Yogrishi Vishvketu. She is extremely grateful for her transformational experience, as it has provided her with a solid foundation to continue her journey of self-discovery while assisting students to deepen, open and “let go”.
Corinne is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT500) with Yoga Alliance (YA), specializing in Yoga for Pregnancy.
Corinne is delighted to be teaching at Studio124Pilates and she feels blessed to be able to share the harmony and serenity that yoga brings to her life with others.
