Yoga for Hips
Hips, Everyone’s favorite!
This practice focuses on releasing the hips which will give you more movement in your lower back, possibly ease discomfort in your knees and leave you feeling energized. We will explore a variety of postures, including standing and Yin seated poses.
All levels welcome!
**Please bring your own yoga mat. Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
